My journey into psychotherapy is deeply rooted in my background in education. Over nine years in the field, I saw firsthand the toll that mental health challenges take on individuals, which inspired my commitment to supporting others on their mental health journeys.

I am passionate about helping clients of all ages who are facing anxiety, self esteem issues, perfectionism, relationship struggles and who are working to improve symptoms ADHD. I also have a rich background in supporting adolescent mental health.
