I have always had a passion for psychology and my goal is to provide clients with support and
collaborate with them to create an individualized therapeutic experience.

Therapeutic Approach

I use a client centred approach to create a supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment,  integrating aspects Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment
Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) to create a unique, personalized experience for each client.

Scope of Practice

My scope of practice includes addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, work-life balance,
school and work-related stress, compassion fatigue, and LGBTQ+ issues.
